P.E. Dress Code

Proper dress includes: athletic shoes, t-shirt with sleeves that is solid color (white, gray, or black), gym shorts that are solid color (blue, black, or gray). Westwood spirit shirts/shorts are acceptable.
Tank tops, sleeveless shirts, jean shorts are not acceptable.
No boxer shorts or pajamas
No school athletic team uniforms may be worn during class and no headwear will be allowed.
You may bring warm-ups or sweats for cold weather.
No electronic devices, i.e. cell phones, music players, gaming devices, etc. are allowed.

All PE teachers have developed a procedure for handling students that do not show responsibility and do not dress appropriately for class. The policy for non-dresses in PE is as follows:

1st offense---warning by teacher

2nd offense---Minor incident report (MIR) and parent contact

3rd offense---MIR and sent to ALC

4th offense---MIR, sent to ALC, and a disciplinary referral form to go to the appropriate grade level principal.
